Stogie T Pays Tribute To AKA In “Survivor’s Remorse”

The passing of AKA was a profound loss, not only for the hip-hop music scene but for the entire nation. To pay his last respects to this legend, Stogie T has delivered a freestyle he titled “Survivor’s Remorse.”

“Survivor’s Remorse” addresses the unbearable pain caused by the rapper’s demise and how his death has left a void in the hearts of many.

The freestyle’s visuals begin with a Bible quote from Psalm 51:10, “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” From there, Stogie T articulates his thoughts in a poignant manner, interwoven with footage of AKA.

Towards the end, tributes are paid to other artists who have tragically lost their lives, including Costa Titch and AKA’s former manager and longtime friend, Tibz.
