Nightmares & Dreams

The Underachievers release new song, “Nightmares & Dreams” ft. Liza Owen.

We haven’t heard a lot of music from The Underachievers this year, but that’ll change in the coming weeks. The Flatbush duo is prepping the release of their forthcoming album, After The Rain which is due out next month. Earlier this month, The Underachievers released their single, “Seven Letters” which served as the first single off of the project. Today, they follow it with their new single, “Nightmares & Dreams.”

The Underachievers are back with their latest single titled, “Nightmares & Dreams.” The song has an uplifting feel to it with Liza Owens’ powerful vocals carrying the hook. The duo also interpolates Jay-Z’s “La-La-La (Excuse Me Miss Again)” on their respective verses.

Peep the Underachievers new single, “Nightmares & Dreams” and keep your eyes peeled for After The Rain which drops on November 2nd.

Quotable Lyrics
I don’t dwell on the past or the future, just the present
If you live inside the moment, you could learn from every second
Keep that negative shit on the other side
My n***as open doors to let more people inside
