Song of The Year: Khuzani Receives R100k from uKhozi FM
Khuzani has received his R100k cash prize from uKhozi FM for winning the controversial song of the year award.
Khuzani’s UMJOLO LOWO single which featured Luve was crowned the song of the year after amassing over 993k votes. He defeated Mthandeni SK’s “PARIS” featuring Lwah Ndlunkulu and Dlala Thukzin’s “IPLAN” to clinch the title.
A lot of listeners who were displeased with the result, accused Ukhozi FM of bias and fraud. But the giant radio station has come out to deny any allegations of wrongdoing. The station said users are the one who determine the song of the year by their votes.
