Sad Day In South African Hip Hop As HHP Passes On: The hip hop community has lost yet another one of their great HHP.

It truly is a sad year for local hip hop it’s been only a few months since Pro-Kid passed on and now word is that HHP is also no more.

According to according to information getting to us via HHP‘s partner  Lerato Sengadi confirmed to the online publication that HHP passed on, on Wednesday afternoon.

Details of his death are yet unknown.

The Hip Hop community has gone out to share their heartbreak on social media, one of his mentee’s and close friends Cassper Nyovest tweeted.

“This can’t be true, no ways”. Whilst the likes of Da Les said that this is yet another sad day for local Hip Hop.

AKA also expressed his grief saying: “Just heard some terrible news another icon gone too soon.”

Just a few weeks ago a picture of Cassper and HHP was making the rounds on social media as both rappers prayed together backstage before one of Cassper’s performance.
