DJ Sumbody has reportedly ordered Cassper Nyovest to pay a sum of R147 000.
The two stars are best of friends who have been highly supportive of each other’s businesses and careers, however, the DJ seems to be riding on a different wave as he’s not pleased with the usage of their song Remote Control for a brand Cassper is working with, which is known as Samsung.
A Twitter blogger reported the issue, “DJ Sumbody sues Cassper Nyovest of R147 000 in unpaid royalties. DJ Sumbody demands payment from Cassper Nyovest after their song Remote Control was used in a Samsung ad. It is reported that the Samsung contract was worth R5 million.”
