That hasn’t stopped the two legends from connecting, nearly twenty years down the line. With Snoop’s “Redemption Of A Dogg” stage play set to kick off in Detroit, on October 27th, it only made sense for Snoop to make time for his old “nephew.” The Doggfather posted a picture of himself and Eminem posted up in the studio: “had to c M. To get the stamp.”
It’s always nice to see two prominent names in the late-nineties, early-millennium Aftermath era link up; while Snoop was never actually signed to Dre’s label, he played a prominent role on the classic album 2001. If this picture doesn’t trigger your nostalgia, perhaps there is homework yet to be done.
