Dr. Dre Keeps Quiet When Asked About Suge Knight’s Sentencing

Dr. Dre didn’t have any thoughts to share on Suge Knight’s sentencing.

Dr. Dre and Suge Knight have a fairly interesting relationship with each other. The two of them founded Death Row Records together, but over time their relationship strained. Last week, Suge Knight was sentenced to nearly 30 years in prison. However, it looks like Dr. Dre doesn’t have anything to say about it.

The Blast recently caught Dr. Dre in West Hollywood recently where he was having dinner with his wife, Don Cheadle and Cheadle’s partner, Bridgid Coulter. As the producer made his way out of the restaurant, a photographer asked Dre, “Hey Dre, what do you think about Suge getting 28 years?” Dre simply walked past the photographer and headed straight for his ride without acknowledging the question. Dre either didn’t hear the question or didn’t want to entertain it.

Suge Knight was sentenced to 28 years in prison last week for the hit-and-run death of Terry Carter in 2015. Suge previously tried to tie Dr. Dre into the incident, claiming the producer hired the two men that he hit to kill him. Those type of accusations are probably why Dr. Dre didn’t want to even chime in on Suge’s sentencing when he was approached by cameramen.

In other Dr. Dre related news, the producer has been grinding heavily on new music including Anderson .Paak‘s forthcoming album. Keep your eyes peeled for that.
